How does Hypnotherapy really works?
Hypnosis when used as a therapeutic modality can often greatly increases the rate of healing by rapidly and effectively removing psychological and/or emotional barriers blocking one's well-being.
Hypnosis works to resolve symptons of problems and old recurring issues at the subconscious mental level, addressing old programmings, conditionings, and beliefs which can be traced back to childhood. How hypnotherapy works, is to use guided relaxation, concentration and the power of suggestion to free the mind of addictions to food and substance, as well as to relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
All hypnosis are known as self-hypnosis. It is a state of focused concentration (trance) which occurs naturally in everyday life. Hence, hypnosis is safe for all, as you will be in control all the time. You always have the free will to come out of the hypnotic state at any moment, if you are uncomfortable and choose to do so. What you are doing during a hypnotherapy session, is simply following the suggestions, instructions and guidance of an ethical hypnotherapist during the session.Hence, the overall experience of going into hypnosis feels natural, relaxing and pleasant.
